Pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way to
know how each individual pet will "treat" their rhinestone collar.
Rhinestones could certainly pop out if owners allow rough play
while wearing their "Bling Bling'L and as such, this is their
responsibility. Returns on this merchandise are on a case by case
basis but are limited to Manufacturer defect. When you receive
your package you must inspect it immediately and contact us
immediately if there is an issue. We must receive contact from
you within 72 hours of receiving your package to retum these
items. We strongly recommend that these items be for show only
and that your princess have a Regular sturo'y everyday collar as
well as her glamorous jewels.
General Returns:
Due to the nature our business and the fact that Pets are
unpredictable. We are only able to accept retums on any
merchandise if it is Due to Manufacturers defect. Please be sure
when choosing your products that they are the correct size and
style before you order. Please measure your pet and check the
size guidelines for each line of clothing as it can vary from designer
to designer. Nicolina Ballerina has put a lot of time and effort into
bringing you the very best in pampered puppy products please
take the time to be sure that the items you choose will work for
your individual pet. On Purchasing Our Bling pet collars and
chamws. Please take the time to ensure that you purchase the
correct size charms with the correct size collars as some of the
collars will only take l0mm charms. We are not responsible for
mismatch sizing. Any retums will be satisfied with Store credit only.

the ability to keep every product you see on the site on hand and
some of our merchandise is hand made to orden therefore
shipping times could differ as most items ship direct from the
